Golden Years IT wants you to feel confident using our service. Please review our refund policy below.
Monthly Subscription Refunds ($14.99/month)
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Once a new billing cycle has started, that month is non-refundable.
First-Time Subscription Courtesy
If you are a first-time subscriber and experience a technical issue where our chatbot is unable to assist you:
You may request a one-time courtesy refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
This courtesy refund applies only to your first subscription payment.
Pay-Per-Session Support ($9.99)
Pay-per-session purchases are non-refundable once a session has started.
If a session cannot be started due to a system error, you may request a refund.
If the chatbot is unable to provide guidance for your issue, alternative support options may be offered.
