Golden Years IT wants you to feel confident using our service. Please review our refund policy below.

Monthly Subscription Refunds ($14.99/month)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

  • Once a new billing cycle has started, that month is non-refundable.

First-Time Subscription Courtesy

If you are a first-time subscriber and experience a technical issue where our chatbot is unable to assist you:

  • You may request a one-time courtesy refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • This courtesy refund applies only to your first subscription payment.

Pay-Per-Session Support ($9.99)

  • Pay-per-session purchases are non-refundable once a session has started.

  • If a session cannot be started due to a system error, you may request a refund.

  • If the chatbot is unable to provide guidance for your issue, alternative support options may be offered.
